Ingredients:
- 500 gr flour
- 325 ml warm water
- 10 gr yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 70 gr sugar
- 50 gr cocoa
- 70 gr soft butter
- 6 slices of Chili Cheese (or any cheese you prefer)
Directions:
- Star by putting (150 gr) flour, (150 ml) warm water, (10 gr) yeast in a bowl and mix it togheter
- Let the mixture sit for 30 min
- Then add (350 gr) flour, salt, sugar , cocoa , soft butter and (ca. 175 ml) warm water in the bowl.
- Mix the ingredients into a pre-dough, knead well, let it rest for another half hour.
- Form two breads and put them on a greased sheet. Let it raise for 1 hour, wet the surface slightly and bake ca. 35 min at 175 degrees.
- Cut the bread when cooled down and put a slice of cheese on the bread. Enjoy!
Note: Makes 2 breads, put extra cacao for the chocolate lovers.
