Chocolate Bread With Chili Cheese

  • 500 gr flour
  • 325 ml warm water
  • 10 gr yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 70 gr sugar
  • 50 gr cocoa
  • 70 gr soft butter
  • 6 slices of  Chili Cheese (or any cheese you prefer)

  1. Star by putting (150 gr) flour, (150 ml) warm water, (10 gr) yeast in a bowl and mix it togheter
  2. Let the mixture sit for 30 min
  3. Then add (350 gr) flour, salt, sugar , cocoa , soft butter and (ca. 175 ml) warm water in the bowl.
  4. Mix the ingredients into a pre-dough, knead well, let it rest for another half hour. 
  5. Form two breads and put them on a greased sheet. Let it raise for 1 hour, wet the surface slightly and bake ca. 35 min at 175 degrees. 
  6. Cut the bread when cooled down and put a slice of cheese on the bread. Enjoy!

Note: Makes 2 breads, put extra cacao for the chocolate lovers.
