Taco Crockpot Recipe


Ingredients: 

  • 4 cans of rotel diced tomatoes with mild chiles  (small cans)
  • 1½ lbs. cooked ground beef
  • 2 cans corn (drained)
  • 1 can ranch style beans (drained)
  • 1 can black beans (drained)
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • ½ chopped onion
  • 1 can tomato sauce (15oz.) 

Directions:
  1. Put all ingredients into crock-pot, stir, cover, and cook on high for 4-5 hours.
     
  2. Top with shredded cheese, sour cream, avocado, or tortilla chips and enjoy!

Note:Serves 4, Top with cheese and avocado.
